Books - Liquid Light of Sex

Although this book is first and foremost of great importance to any practicing astrologer, since it deals with the motions of the planet Chiron, it is also very illuminating for every thinking person.

Although this book by Barbara Hand Clow is entitled “Liquid Light of Sex”, it actually hasn't got a lot to do with sex in the normally understood context of the word: if it did, as a celibate, I wouldn't bother with it because from a personal viewpoint it would be completely irrelevant.

The book deals with the Cosmic Light-Fire, in Eastern Traditions named Kundalini energy, and discussion centres largely on the transitions of that fairly new addition to the solar system, the planet Chiron.

The information contained in this book concerning the workings of Chiron's cycles pertaining to the spiritual development of each of us, is very very important and more than that, it is accurate! The book contains tables at the back in which you can look up certain key passages relating to your age and what this means.

I myself did this and found it virtually 100% correct. The book also discusses Saturn and Uranus returns and correlates these to the movements of Chiron.

he information contained in Liquid Light of Sex is easily understood and does not require an extensive knowledge of astrology, but of course this would be desirable. In particular I heartily recommend this book to women who are approaching the age of fifty. Personally, the book has helped me with an process of initiation.
